SimplyFit Otaga 

We offer SimplyFit Otaga  3 times a week to help balance and fitness. 

 

Yoga

This weekly class is seated and uses gentle movement to increase flexibility and range of motion.
The class also focuses on breathing techniques. Yoga is an ancient science that uses breathing exercises, postures, and relaxation techniques that stretch and strengthen muscles to keep your body, mind, and spirit working together in harmony.  Yoga is a wonderful way to relax, restore flexibility, improve breathing and increase energy.  It doesn’t matter how old you are, the amount of flexibility you have, or the size or shape of your body because the exercises are done slowly and with awareness and proper breathing techniques. No Experience Required

 

Movement and Dance Therapy
This is a weekly class offering for both Healthcare and Crossroads.

Stated from the ADTA (America dance therapy association) : Dance/movement therapy as the psychotherapeutic use of movement to promote emotional, social, cognitive and physical integration of the individual.  Sessions are led by board-certified dance and movement therapists.
